Refund Process

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or any other mutually agreed refund method after verification.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request supporting photos or videos to assist with the verification process.
Exchange Policy
